My deepest apologies for the delay in this message… (house guests arrived today and I lost track of my to do list)

 

I am cancelling tomorrow’s Ad Hoc.  Jane Lim was prepared to share new short channels for C2M, but I decided to postpone her until the August 14^th Ad Hoc (thank you Jane!) to avoid the overhead of an Ad Hoc call.  I will post these channels and the accompanying presentation in the morning (at our typical Ad Hoc time) for you to use in any simulations you see fit.

Hey Hey Everyone –

 

We recognize that next week’s ad hoc overlaps with the OIF meeting, however, we’ll still hold the meeting if there is material to share.  Cu Cable, FEC, C2M, and C2C are still in need of baseline material… and many have stated that more analysis is needed before those baselines can be adopted, so we need as much meeting time as we can.

 

Please let us know by the end of Monday 7/29 AOE, if you would like time to present on Wednesday’s Ad Hoc.  Presentations will be due by noon PDT on Tuesday.

Hello All –

 

As I verbally announced at the face-to-face meeting last week, our task force will gather for 3 Ad Hocs until the next face-to-face meeting in September (Indianapolis, Indiana – week of Sept 9^th).  Note the typical deadlines are request for presentations on Monday AOE and presentation document by Tuesday Noon PDT.  Modifications or cancellations will be announced via the reflector.

 

Wednesday, July 31^st – 7-9am PDT

Wednesday, August 14^th – 7-9am PDT *deadlines may be earlier for this call

Wednesday, August 28^th – 7-9am PDT

 

Please be sure to include BOTH Kent and I in your emails regarding the Ad Hocs during this transition period.
