Beth, There is a typo in your reminder email below. The correct due date for the comments on draft 1.4 is 5 January 2021, AoE per the original announcement. (Not the 1/6 AoE stated immediately below) -Kent From: Elizabeth Kochuparambil (edonnay) <00000b6647231c5d-dmarc-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
Gentle reminder. Deadline for comments on draft 1.4 as well as any presentation needed to complete the Suggested Remedy are due tomorrow, 1/6 AoE. Presentations providing backup information, support, or consensus will have a later deadline. However, any comment that says “See XXXX_01_0121.pdf” should include said presentation so our editorial team knows where you are headed. Cheers to the New Year! ~Beth From: Elizabeth Kochuparambil (edonnay) Hello Wonderful People! I hope this email finds you happy and healthy. Just sending a gentle reminder that draft 1.4 is open for review… comments are due next Tuesday 1/5 AoE. Please focus your review on TBDs and large technical gaps. The happiest of New Years to each and every one of you! ~Beth From: Elizabeth Kochuparambil (edonnay) Hello Everyone - I hope this email finds you safe and well. By a mighty effort from the editorial team,
Draft 1.4 is ready and posted!! In fact, they had it done Friday and it slipped through the cracks in my day (Sorry!!). A huge thank you to the editorial team, all of the reviewers, and each of you for your involvement in comment resolution. We’re
making significant progress. As I mentioned last week, the review period will be open for a 3 week review cycle which opens today. Although the compare version is posted, please submit your comments against the clean
version of the draft (most important for page and line numbers). This Task Force Review closes Tuesday, January 5th AoE. Instructions are below on how to access the draft and submit comments. Please keep in mind that the next milestone
is technical completeness. As discussed on our last telephonic interim, focus your review and comments on TBDs or technical gaps in the draft. Editorial comments, wording, or tweaking numbers can be done in Working group ballot...
Slides that detail your suggested remedy are also due January 5th. A future deadline will be used for consensus building presentations, however, if slides are needed to complete the suggested remedy, that is what is due on January 5th
AoE. Lastly,
we have 4 Ad hocs scheduled (12/16, 1/6, 1/13, 1/20) which would be a great time to have discussions on these technical gaps in this draft. Cheers! ~Beth *** DETAILS *** ___________________________________________ REVIEW SCOPE: The scope of the review is the entire IEEE P802.3ck D1.4 Draft.
