[802.3_100GEL] June 16 Ad Hoc - Cancelled

Hello Colleagues –

 

I know many of you are working on topics or evaluations of the upcoming Draft 2.1, but understand that people need a bit more time before discussion.

I have received only a single request which is able to differ, so am going to cancel the Ad Hoc for tomorrow.  Our next ad hoc is Wednesday, 6/30.

Hello Hello!

 

Is there anyone hoping to present at the ad hoc this upcoming week (6/16)?  Draft 2.1 has NOT yet been released, however, there are a few topics that we left open from the last round of comment resolution.  Send me your presentation request by Monday AoE and your presentation by Noon (12pm) PDT on Tuesday if you would like to do so.  I intend to hold the meeting if there are at least 2 presentation requests that come in.

 

Note the next ad hoc after this is June 30th

Subject: Announcing June and July Ad Hocs/Meetings

 

Hello All –

 

As I announced last Wednesday 6/2 on the telephonic interim, I’ll be holding some upcoming Ad Hocs for discussions prior to our next round of comment resolution.  As usual, please send presentation requests to me by the Monday prior AOE, and the presentations by Noon on the Tuesday (the day before). 

It’s always helpful to have a heads up on work you are doing even if it is a week or a few weeks ahead of when you plan to present.  All of these meetings will be set 7-9am PDT and subject to cancellation, if no or low requests come in.  Meeting invites to follow.

 

 

June 9 – “off”

June 16 – 2 hour Ad Hoc

June 23 – “off”

June 30 – 2 hour Ad Hoc

July 7 – “off”

July 14 – 2 hour Meeting (during plenary session)

July 21 – 2 hour Meeting (during plenary session)

 

For your information,  We’re likely to start comment resolution on D2.1.  July 27-28
