Quick reminder – Presentation deadline is today (4/4) AoE -- for both ad hoc or data presentations for D3.1 comment resolution From: Beth Kochuparambil (edonnay) Hello Colleagues – As announced at last week’s ad hoc, the following meeting schedule was assembled based upon an estimated comment load for D3.1 recirculation. Comment resolution can end as soon as all on-time comments are addressed. Ideally, using the
fewest number of meetings possible. Any change from this schedule is to be announced via the reflector. Calendar invites to come. Tuesday, April 12 – 6:30-10:30 am PDT Wednesday, April 13 – 6:30-10:30 am PDT Tuesday, April 19 – 6:30-10:30 am PDT Wednesday, April 20 – 7-10 am PDT Thursday, April 21 – 7-10 am PDT – May run over Tuesday, April 26 – 6:30-10:30 am PDT Wednesday, April 27 – 6:30-10:30 am PDT – As long as it needs to run Presentations for this set of meetings are due Monday, April 4th AoE and should be structured to accommodate the 15 minute presentation window, INCLUDING clarifying questions. No presentation request is necessary for
