Dear Task Force Participants,
As Kapil has informed you, the schedule
for this week's IEEE P802.3bm Task Force interim meeting has
been uploaded along with all meeting materials.
In addition to that, proposed draft documents are available in
the private
area.
Please note that we have a very long day on Tuesday and a lot of
work to accomplish this week. In order to succeed, it is highly
recommended that you download and review all material prior to
the meeting so we can make good progress when the Task Force is
in session.
Also, you will note that due to the large number of
presentations, time for Q&A has been limited on Tuesday to
10 minutes per presentation. I will have to enforce tighter
control over this time to provide a fair opportunity for all to
present their material, and still allow time for questions.
The room location will be on the IEEE schedule board, and our
start time is 8am so you may wish to arrive early to
grab coffee, etc. We will start promptly.
Safe travels and see you in Victoria.
Best Regards,
Dan Dove
