The following information has been posted on the event information website and is part of the meeting announcement. Sharing this information amongst group members is also a great way to make information known. Please feel free to make sure that your colleagues are aware of the best approach to making a hotel reservation for the event.

 

PASSKEY RESERVATION WEBSITE NOTE: 

On the Passkey Website a Drop Down Menu will show both Early Bird and Attendee options. Prior to Friday November 21st or 50% of the Group Block has been filled please select the IEEE 802 Early Bird Group Rate. The IEEE 802 Group Rate will be available until Friday December 19th or the Group Block has been filled which ever comes first.
