[10GBT] Recording secretary

Title: Recording secretary

Dear Task Force members,

Instead of burning up time Tuesday morning looking for a volunteer to be recording secretary, I thought I'd ask now to see if anyone would like to volunteer in advance.  This should be a fairly easy meeting to record as the Task Force will be spending the first 2 days in comment resolution.
