Steve,
It looks like we are going to need a
bigger room for 10GEPON SG meeting in May. By the last count we have 38 attendees.
All - this is my latest list of confirmed participants
for May meeting.
If you are attending and are not
on this list, please let me know. Likewise, if you are on this list
and not attending.

Schedule for May Interim Meeting in Austin,

Frank,
Thank you. I have only received 26
confirmations so far. Let me try again…
Everybody – if you
are coming to Austin
meeting and have not informed me yet, please let me know right away. It would be very unfortunate if we have to turn people away
due to insufficient room space.

Dear Glen;
As the May 22-26 interim is hosted by Vitesse Ethernet div., I just check with
my local colleagues, the venue will be the Hyatt Downtown on Barton Springs Rd, with walking distance
to local Vitesse facility.
I see the 10GEPON room is arranged as follows:
Room D: 10GB EPON SG, 2
days, 35 people normal room set, Wednesday, Thursday,
If you think a larger room of >35 people is necessary, I suggest
you better propose earlier.
Frank
