In this kind of situation it's usually good to set a rotating schedule of CC times eg.

    * 0600 PST (2300 Japan, 1500/1600  Europe/Israel)

    * 1300 PST (0600 Japan, 2200/2300 Europe/Israel)

    * 2100 PST (1400 Japan,  0600/0700 Europe/Israel)

That way the hour isn't ungodly for anyone and it's someone different each time who is inconvenienced.

Shane,
That is proabably the only reasonable time we can get considering the 17 hours time difference between PST and JST. I am in the middle so it will be probably late at night my place but I will try to attend.
Best wishes

All,
I was hoping to schedule a conference call for this week but I am in
customer meetings Monday through Thursday. Would Monday Oct 30th at 3pm
PST be convenient for everyone to discuss and finalize the survey (seems
like a good compromise between west coast, east coast and japan time zones?

If so please advise on your availability so I can set-up the conference
call.

Regards,
Shane
