Re: [8023-10GEPON] [CHANNEL_LINK] RF video issue
Dear Marek,
Yes, the range is from +1 to +13 dBm.
But I didn't collected the 10G optics data.
Also I used an ordinary SMF.
The BER curves and the optical power meter told the improved gain.
But it doesn't provide the accuracy.
I just posted the result in this reflecter since I am wondering if
it is beneficial to the 802.3av meeting to make a presentation.
But even in the meeting, what I can show is the 2-line results below.
Regards,
Mitsunobu Kimura

>Would You be willing to shed more light on the parameters of te Tx module (dithering, model etc.). I understand that the launched power levels were in the range of 1 and 13 dBm and not 1 and -13 dBm.
>Did You consider the PSC in the signal path ?
>When You say "- 10GE improved around 0.2dB gain due to the effect from RF video to 10G" - do You mean that the signal amplitude was actually boosted?
>Are You going to prepare the presentation for this meeting in Orlando ? I believe the channel link ad hoc should see it before ...
