[8023-10GEPON] ITU registration for IEEE meetings

Dear Colleagues,

There has been a larger than expected signup for the ITU hosted interim
and joint workshop in Geneva next week.  As a result, the ITU is
concerned that we may be stretching the room sizing that we have
requested.

To avoid a last minute room space issues, if you have not registered
yet, please register immediately.
