[8023-10GEPON] Update of the commenting tool

Dear all,
 
Following the problems with the commenting tool indicated by Vijay (location of the .csv file with the ballot comments), an updated version of the commenting tool was released. It is already available on our website at http://www.ieee802.org/3/av/public/tools/Generic_Commenting_Tool.zip
 
The current release is designated as 20080305GOT
 
NOTE: If You have no problems locating the .csv file and have done it successfully in the past, You DO NOT need to update Your commenting tool. The introduced changes (explanation of the location of the .csv file in the system - see the attached pdf file) are supposed to help only to people generating comments for the first time !
