[8023-10GEPON] Slides for joint session with EEE

Hello All,

At the Thursday PM session in Munich there was discussion on planning
for the 10GEPON joint session with the EEE group.  At that time I was
asked to prepare some slides summarizing the interest of the TF in the
EEE activity so far.   A draft of these is attached and comments are
appreciated.
