It has been pointed out that there is an intermittent issue with the meeting attendance software. The symptom is that after the login credentials are entered, the user is redirected to a blank screen. The URL is...

If you delete the "/login_do" such that URL reads...

The process will continue normally. This issue has been observed with both Firefox and Internet Explorer. The root cause of the issue is not currently known. If participants in your Task Force encounter this error, please recommend this fix.
