Re: [8023-10GEPON] Proposed responses on the web and plan for September meeting

All,

I am not sure where the confusion is. In the end, the existing sponsors were able to accommodate us for 4 days: from Monday, September 14th through Thursday, September 18th.

This was announced in the message posted on the reflector on August 3rd (see
http://www.ieee802.org/3/10GEPON_study/email/msg01142.html). This message also contained a link to the meeting schedule page showing 802.3av meeting for 4 days.

The link to the meeting schedule was also provided again in the registration deadline reminder message posted on August 21st (see http://www.ieee802.org/3/10GEPON_study/email/msg01147.html)

And finally, the meeting registration page, which required attendees to select the meetings they planned attending, showed four check boxes for 802.3av for each day from Monday through Thursday.

Please, let me know if these announcements were insufficient.

Regards,
Glen
