Editors have made the following corrections to the submitted comments:

1) Comment 126 was assigned to clause 76 (original field was left blank)
2) Comment 99 was reassigned from from subclause 76.3.3.1.1 to subclause 76.3.3.2.3
3) Comment 167 was reassigned from subclause 76.3.3.7 to subclause 76.3.3.3.4
4) Comments 89, 90, and 91 were reassigned from clause 76 subclause 76.3.3.2 to clause 77 subclause 77.3.3.2
5) Type of comment 33 was changed from E to T.
