1. Define problem and timescales for OM1 model adoption
2. Define problem and timescales for OM2,3 model adoption
3. Define required outputs of the model(s)
e.g. some things that have been suggested modal delay times, impulse
responses, refractive index profiles, data formatting for post processing
4. Agree perturbations (size and statistics)
5. Agree approach for mode-coupling along fiber and at connectors
6. Anything we've forgotten?
7. Next steps and timescales
8. Next telecon?
