For tomorrows TP3 call, I have tried to provide my best summary of the various TP3 work results and discussion so far with comments aimed at how we might go forward.  I did not have much time to throw this together , but I thought it might be helpful for the call tomorrow as a starting point for discussion after Petre reports on his new results.
