Dear IEEE802.3 and IEEE 802.3aq, This is to confirm that there will be no 10GBASE-LRM meeting
during the week of the 17th July 2006. This is because D4.0
was approved with no new comments and no new disapproving votes. The results
recorded in the myballot system are as follows: RESPONSE RATE This ballot has met the 75% returned ballot
requirement. 185 eligible people in this ballot group. 131 affirmative votes 9 negative votes with comments 0 negative votes without comments 16 abstention votes 156 votes received = 84
% returned, 10 % abstention APPROVAL RATE The 75% affirmation requirement is being met. 131 affirmative votes 9 negative votes with comments 140 votes = 94% affirmative Clarification: The 9 negative votes are balloters who disapproved
on previous ballots with comments to previous drafts. No comments were
received on D4.0. Nick Weiner and I will begin to work with Bob Grow and the
IEEE editor to obtain the various approvals for publication and prepare the
draft for publication. Thank you all for the hard work and congratulations on achieving
this milestone! David Taskforce of Chair IEEE 802.3aq |
