Reminder: Address notes only to the reflector
We have reverted back to writing notes to the reflector and copying people
who are also on the reflector (or vise-versa). This puts unnecessary and
unwanted copies into the readers emailbox.
Please don't do this. Barring unusual circumstances, there should only be
one address, To: the HSSG.
