RE: SONET/Ethernet clock tolerance

Thank you for your sensitivity. My recent comment to Rich and Ben WAS NOT an
indirect slap at you. It was a sincere compliment to them.
During the course of their dialog they might have attacked each other
personally. They didn't. The might have made disparaging comments about each
others assumptions, logic, and conclusions. They didn't. They focused on
gaining a common understanding of each others reasoning and perspectives in
a truly dignified and respectful way.
Regarding your "ayes and nays" comment, no it would probably not be
effective to ask for a vote on the reflector. On the other hand, it is
completely reasonable to ask for feedback.
