In clause 49, the scrambler polynomial shown on p. 167 line 19 does not
appear to match the serial reference implementation shown Figure 49-6 on the
same page. The taps out of the shift register for the specified polynomial
should be after S38 and S57 (counting from S0) rather than S39 and S57. The
same problem exists in the descrambler presentation on the next page.
The polynomial matches the proposal (after relabeling as noted in the
editor's note on p. 167), so the figures seem to be at fault.
