questions on clause 49


Hi Pat,

Page175 in D1.1, line50. Under

49.2.2 Functions within the PCS
.......... The WIS and PMA sublayers operate independent of block
and packet boundaries...................

I can somehow understand what you tried to say here but not
very clear. Can you explain a little bit more? why packet boundaries?
