Brad,
This is confusing. It's okay to comment on the black and
white clauses (1, 2, 4, 6, 22, 31, 31b and 35) that were
provided with with draft just don't comment on the color
coded clauses directly. There might be minor formatting
differences between the clauses provided directly from
Shimon and those processed by the Chief Editor.
Is this correct?
