XGXS Link Status
Hi,
From D2.0 clause 45.2.5.2.2, I understand that the XAUI Receive Link Status
depends only on the lane deskew status.
The deskew status depends on the sync_status variable, coming from the PCS
sync state machine. This machine is stuck in LOSS_OF_SYNC state as long as
signal_detect variable (clause 48.2.5.1.3) is in fail state.
I could not find the ELECTRICAL definition of XAUI signal_detect = fail.
I could only find it's meaning regarding optical power (Table 54-2).
Is there a definition for XAUI signal detect?
Thanks,
Lior.
