big-endian or little-endian in a frame

Hello,

If an frame wants to be transmitted in the big-endian fashion, do all the fields (Preamble,SFD, DA,SA,L/T field,Data,FCS) get transmitted in the big-endian fashion or just the DA,SA,L/T field,Data,FCS fields get transmitted in the big-endian fashion ?
