The change bar version of draft D3.0 (compared to D2.2) is now available at

Please DO NOT submit comments against the change bar version of the draft,
as the page and line numbers will not match those in draft D3.0. 

There is also a clause 01 version of the references, definitions and
abbreviations located here, and it contains the references, definitions and
abbreviations found in the IEEE Std. 802.3: 2000 edition.
