[802.3ae] Clarification required


1. Is it valid to terminate a frame when XGMII Error 
control character(0xFE) is received in any of the
lanes?

2. will XGMII error be flagged (by FCS corruption)
when XGMII column does contain Idles after a valid
EOF character (for instance Lane 0 containing EOF
and Lanes 1, 2 and 3 not containing Idles)?

3. why PICS FS17 mentioned in section 46.5.3.4, Draft 
   3.2 is missing in Draft 3.3? Does it mean a control
   character other than Terminate after start need 
   not be treated like error control character?
