You're right. Low power ought to be a seperate bullet point. I think a goal of ~3-4 watts total is probably reasonable and, with good thermal manbagement throughout the system, ought to allow a package about the same size as a GBIC. I don't think any of the 10GBEA approachs are likely to break 5 watts. Does everyone agree?
