[802.3ae_Serial] Clause 52 questions

The 4-lane Fibre channel group was reviewing clause 52, and came up with
the following questions:

1. Table 52-5 refers to Receive sensitivity. Is this the stressed or
informative? We expect it should be the latter, but is it legitimate to
refer to an informative spec? It would be good to clarify this with a
comment.

2. Where did the value (6 ps) for DCD come from?

3. Where did the value (45 ps) for the transversal filter differential
delay come from?

4. For someone who wants to add an editorial comment on D3.3, the
reference in line 6, page 455 of 52.9.9.2 should be to Table 52-27 (not
52-24). Recall that my comment period expired 11/4.
