[802.3ae_Serial] Serial PMD ad hoc to meet Monday ~5 pm

The serial PMD ad hoc hopes to continue its series of weekly meetings with a
face to face meeting in Portland on Monday.
When: Starting 5 to 6 pm, after the PMD feasibility meeting and before the
Equalization ad hoc meeting which is scheduled to start at 7 pm.
Where: Columbia room, Downtown Portland Marriott
Agenda:
Reconcile powers and penalties in D3.1 with link model
850 nm rise time: 35 or 31.5 ps? 850 nm eye proposal to supersede
rise time spec?
AOB could include:
Relation of DJ and SJ in jitter tolerance test
Link model with DJ
Practical PMA jitter tolerance achievable:
this last may get addressed in the previous "feasibility" meeting
and is probably too big a subject for this meeting.
