I vote for 1., "Support speed of 9.58464 Gb/s at the MAC/PLS service
interface.", not for the MAC speed nor for WAN interworking but because
I want to implement the PHY in a timely, affordable fashion, implying
not more than ~9.95
Gb/s line rate.
