[802.3_1TPCE] P802.3bw Conditional approval to RevCom

Colleagues,

The 802.3 WG approved the conditional approval submittal to RevCom plan
presented today. 

This will be presented to the 802 EC on Friday and a vote will be taken
there as well. 

Congratulations to the Task Force---the project has advanced to the next
milestone.
