Dear 200GMMF SG participants

Reminder for our scheduled 200GMMF SG Ad Hoc meeting - contingent on getting contributions - for next week, Wednesday, 17 December.

I had a typo in my previous email announcing the meeting. Individuals wishing to request presentation time shall email me at mabudchoudhury@xxxxxxxx and Guangcan Mi at miguangcan@xxxxxxxxxx by Friday, 12 December 2025 AOE. (Not Wednesday, 12 December as previously and incorrectly stated).

The presenter shall email a PDF, soft-copy version of the presentation to me at  mabudchoudhury@xxxxxxxx and Guangcan Mi at miguangcan@xxxxxxxxxx by Monday, 15 December 2025, 11 a.m. EST (UTC -5). 

The agenda for the ad hoc meeting will be to review presentations that support our adopted objectives and preview contributions towards a baseline. I encourage SG participants to make contributions to progress the project. 

If there are no presentation requests by Friday, then this Ad Hoc meeting will be cancelled. 

Calendar invite was sent out. If you did not receive that calendar invite, please let me know.

• Title: Title of presentation       
• Author: Name(s) of author(s) & affiliation(s)      
• Subject:  IEEE 802.3 200 Gb/s per Wavelength MMF PHYs Study Group

Presentations that do not have the fields properly filled out will not be accepted.
