Dear Colleagues,
A 2nd email reminder for the P802.3by additional interim meeting on Thursday Oct 15th in the Bay Area.
Since the focus will be on comment resolution against the D2.1 recirculation, any presentations are expected to be in relation to supporting comment resolution. Requests for presentation time shall be made to me at mnowell@xxxxxxxxx and
must be made by Friday, Oct 9th, 2015. The presenter shall e-mail a PDF, soft-copy by Tuesday of the following week (Tues Oct 13th, 2015).

As discussed at the July Plenary meeting and at subsequent ad hoc meetings,
we have been considering holding an out-of-cycle additional interim meeting for the P802.3by Task Force to resolve any comments received from our planned D2.1 recirculation.
This email is confirming that we plan to hold this meeting on Oct 15th, 2015 in Milpitas, California. The meeting will be an all-day meeting. Unfortunately electronic
attendance (e.g. Webex)
will not be possible.
The meeting is being hosted by Cisco. There will be no registration fees and no hotel block bookings. There are many hotels close to this facility but please be aware they book up early.

Scheduled time: Thursday Oct 15th, 2015 8am-5pm (Please note: Meeting end time is approximate. The meeting will adjourn when the meeting goal of completing the comment resolution is finished. If we are not complete by the announced 5pm finish, the TF will need to make a decision as to whether we continue our work.)
