Dear Colleagues,
The P802.3by 25 Gb/s Ethernet over single-lane Task Force meeting will be held during the 802.3 Plenary meeting week in Macau, China (March 14th-18th). Meeting details may be found at http://www.ieee802.org/meeting/index.html
The schedule hasn’t been released but the straw man schedule (not confirmed) has the P802.3by TF meeting be all day Mon March 14th. This will mean an 8am start ahead of the opening 802.3WG Plenary with continuation after lunch. The goal is to complete
our work on the Monday and this may require working into the evening but it is hoped we do not need this extra time.
The focus of the meeting will be to review any comments received on the D3.1 first recirculation Sponsor Ballot and make any changes with goal to update the draft for another recirculation ballot.
This message is a meeting notification for the plenary TF meeting and a call for presentations. Presentations are expected to be focused on supporting the resolution of the submitted comments.
Requests for presentation time shall be made to me at
mnowell@xxxxxxxxx and must be made by Friday, Mar 4th, 2016. The presenter shall e-mail a PDF, soft-copy by Tuesday of the following week (Tues Mar 8th, 2016).
