This is a reminder that tomorrow is the deadline for any presentation requests for the Task Force’s interim meeting in Portland. This meeting is the last opportunity to propose a technical change.

The comments received from the D2.0 working group ballot have been posted on the 802.3bg website.

The 802.3bg Task Force meetings will be held during the 802.3 Interim meeting in Portland on Sept 21-23rd.
Task force time will be spent on any comment resolution from the Working Group ballot review and presentation review. As a reminder to Task Force members, this September meeting represents the last chance to propose a technical change. Presentations focusing on proposed refinements or proposed technical changes are within scope.
Requests for presentation time must be made two Fridays preceding the meeting. For the Sept Interim meeting, requests for presentation time shall be made to me at mnowell@xxxxxxxx and must be made by Friday Sept 10th, 2010. The presenter shall e-mail a PDF, soft-copy version of the presentation to me at mnowell@xxxxxxxx by Tuesday of the week preceding the meeting. For the Sept Interim, presentations must be submitted by Tuesday Sept 14th, 2010. As a reminder, please make sure that all requests for presentations or submissions of presentation material have no restrictive notices at the bottom of the email. All such emails will be refused.
