Please find attached the meeting material for the ad-hoc today.

I have tried yesterday and today to send it through the reflector but from some reason it didn’t went through.

Most of our meeting material for today was already send to you 3 days ago (only the text ) by mail so you already have most of it.

I have sent this mail to the reflector yesterday and I haven't got feedback through the reflector.

I have tried this morning too.

Did you got it? If not what could be the problem?

I have an ad hoc meeting today and I want to be sure that everybody got the material.
