There were several items in Berlin that were relegated to the L2 Ad Hoc during the Berlin meetings. 

 

Can you please point to what was captured as the charter/scope of the L2 Ad Hoc?  I realize that may be partly the initial mission of the Ad Hoc, to crisply define scope, but could you point out the list of items you are asking the Ad Hoc to own and address?
