George, good catch. Comments have already been submitted. I will have to ask the commentors if the referenced the PDF page or the number displayed on the page. Ideally, we reference the PDF so that there is no confusion but if not we will have to adjust.

This is going to make tracking comments to the pages more difficult for all of us, especially our comment editor.
