Hi,

Attached is my proposed update to Table 33-7 to add support for dual-signature.
A new Table 33-7a lists the classes for Pclass-2P.

Pclass-2P will only be used for Dual-Signature PDs that advertise a different class on each pairset.

It belongs to comment #176.
