All, during his draft revision, Lennart found that we forgot to include schindler_02_0916.pdf in the comment database. I have reviewed the minutes and found that Fred presented the slides and then we moved into comment resolution. Fred also has notes that
Geoff objected to making a motion to incorporate and that it had to be in the comment database – and I recall this exchange in the meeting. So we found a comment to tie it to – and then forgot to put the filename in the comment.
I have reviewed the presentation again, it is non-controversial but stuff that definitely needs done. To say the least, we messed up in Fort Worth. In the interest of preventing new comments I am instructing Lennart to incorporate schindler_02_0916.pdf
into D2.1 as we should have added this to the comment database.
If anyone has a problem with this, please speak up ASAP. The deadline to publish D2.1 looms.
