Chad/Dave – I withdraw my comment 434 (delete editor’s note on 1.3 – currently proposed ACCEPT) in favor of Pete Anslow’s comment. Pete is right, TSB-184-A is listed both in the normative references and the bibliography, and, given how it is referenced, and precedent that TSB-184 was in the bibliography, it should be only in the bibliography.
