Hi all,

I have received numerous comments to improve the proposal.

Attached version 121.

We will need to chose between two options now:

option 2 has been added which would make 3 fingers the default if the PSE can support Class 4 or higher. That would allow it to find out the requested class.

option 1 is the current behavior which makes it drop out after 2 fingers if it can only support Class 4.

Also the dual-sig machine is now class_num_events clean.

Attached an overhaul of the classification state diagram I will propose for D2.3.

Main goals:
- remove class_num_events
- implement class probing in a non-invasive way
- explicit calculation of pd_allocated_pwr
