[802.3_4PPOE] Adding to the annex drawings that shows the differences between parallel detection and staggered detection

Please review. I propose to add the following for clarity.

Comment (Annex 145B.1, page 281, line 21)

For clarity, to add drawings to Annex 145B.1 demonstrating the definition of parallel/staggered detection in 145.2.5.3 for CC_DET_SEQ.

Proposed remedy:

Add the following text and drawings after line 21 on page 281.

 

The PSE may use parallel or staggered detection per the definitions in 145.2.5.3 for implementing CC_DET_SEQ options.
