Please find updated presentation Rev 004a regarding the issue.

See updated slides 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15 and 18 (I add markers to indicate the updates).

Additional use case was added and proposed texts for PSEs and PDs to handle the problems.

I’ll appreciate your review and comments before the meeting on Tuesday this week.
