[802.3_B10GAUTO] P802.3cy March 15/16 meetings call for presentations

Dear P802.3cy participants,

Please send your requests to present in one of the upcoming P802.3cy meetings (March 15/16) during the 802 Plenary no later than 5 pm EST on Friday March 5th.  Presentations are due by 5 pm EST on Wednesday, March 10th.

Requests shall be submitted by sending an email to the TF chair and ad hoc chair. The presenter shall provide the following information:

Preferred presentation date:  March 15, March 16, or don't care  (We will try to accommodate your request)
Name of presenter
Title of presentation
Length of time requested (this should include time for questions and answers)
Brief description of topic
If the "requesting presentation time" deadline is missed, time will be provided on a best-effort basis following the completion of the regular agenda (or as deemed appropriate by the chair). Presentations that were requested on time,  but submitted after the submission deadline will be considered before late presentation requests.

Requests for Motions during the call on March 16th are due by 5 pm EST on March 2nd.
