Colleagues, This is the announcement of the IEEE P802.3cy Task Force pre-review of Draft D0.5 as announced on the 18 January interim teleconference. While reviewing the draft, please concentrate on the following: 1. Check draft for content added through Motions. Create comments for incorrect implementation or missing content. 2. Look for Editor’s notes throughout the document. These indicate content that was brought in from other Clauses/PHYs or may indicate that additional work is needed to confirm the content. 3. Search for “TBD” throughout the document. This may be for a single number or a complete section of text. All TBD’s must be resolved prior to Working Group ballot. Please create comments for simple items, e.g., correct a reference, add a table name, correct spelling, etc. Please use the comment spreadsheet which may be found here: https://grouper.ieee.org/groups/802/3/WG_tools/spreadsheet/802d3_TFR_WGB_comments.xls There is no vote in task force pre-review and no required comments. A comment is not required when a presentation is created as this is not a complete draft review. The review opens on 20 January and closes on 27 February at 11:59PM AOE.
