[802.3_B10GAUTO] P802.3cy March webpage updated

Colleagues,

The March 2023 P802.3cy webpage has been updated with the unconfirmed
minutes and the updated agenda slides. The IEEE 802.3 WG approved our
request for conditional submission of the draft to RevCom upon completion of
balloting. The IEEE 802 SEC approved our request on the consent agenda at
the SEC closing meeting on March 17.

The 2nd recirculation will start shortly. For those of you in the SA ballot
group, you will receive an email announcement of the start of the
recirculation.

Thanks to everyone, both in-person and remote, for making our short comment
resolution meeting successful.
