All,
This email is to remind everyone of the upcoming Feb 7 Joint .3cn / .3ct Task Forces Ad Hoc Call. This material is being stored in the .3cn areas, as the PAR for .3ct is still pending IEEE-SA Standards Board approval, and after consulting with David Law, our WG Chair, I believe that will still be the state at the time of the call.
I have already received one presentation from Greg Le Cheminant. If anyone else wishes to submit a presentation, please submit presentation request by Monday, and send me the presentation by Wed 5pm ET.
As a reminder, all ad hoc teleconference participants should review the following documents prior to participation in an ad hoc teleconference:
· IEEE patent policy: https://development.standards.ieee.org/myproject/Public/mytools/mob/slideset.pdf
· IEEE 802 participation policy: https://mentor.ieee.org/802-ec/dcn/16/ec-16-0180-05-00EC-ieee-802-participation-slide.pdf
Note – if you saw the meeting invite – you will note that webex is being used. This webex account was purchased on a trial basis by 802.3. It does not include the “Call Me” feature that some of you may be familiar with, and you will need to call into the teleconference. Per the meeting invite – here is the link to toll numbers in the supported countries - Global call-in numbers. Please take a moment to review and consider how you will be calling in. I plan on starting the bridge 15 min early for this call in order to accommodate people.
Regards,
John D’Ambrosia
Chair, IEEE P802.3cn Task Force
Acting Chair, IEEE P802.3ct Task Force
